My Ashtanga class is a welcome and much-needed break from the stress and speed of day to day life. Grab a mat, don’t forget your water bottle, and relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling nurtured and renewed. We work through a modified version of the Ashtanga primary series. The class is suitable for beginners. Prepare to be challenged physically and mentally. Private classes are tailored specifically for you. While the sequence we practice will still be traditional Ashtanga. We are able to discus and explore modifications in more detail than we would in a group setting. And if required we can incorporate pranayama work and guided meditations.
